Subscriptions are charged monthly () or annually () via Stripe. All prices are in USD. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy (48-hour money-back guarantee). We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
All content, signals, analysis, and materials provided by Titan Signals are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any content without explicit written permission.
We may terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, misuse our signals (e.g., redistributing to non-members), or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Titan Signals, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of our signals. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription period.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
